Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor: Arguments for reparations and at various points struggles around reparations date back to the end of slavery. It seems like it’s an issue that continues, and it never seems to get resolved one way or the other. ![]() Marty Moss-Coane: Keeanga, this is certainly not the first debate about reparations.
